Steam to the Niagara Frontier video trailer

April 16, 2023

My fifth book is entitled Steam to the Niagara Frontier. Interestingly, the Steam Through London book as originally conceived would have covered the territory which eventually broke into three parts (the London, Niagara and Hamilton books). The September 2004 release of Steam to the Niagara Frontier concentrates on the Niagara Falls and Fort Erie gateways to and from United States railroad connections.

Steam to the Niagara Frontier sold out in 2012 (aside from a few non-jacketed copies found in subsequent years). But this title is a strong candidate for eBook release in the future. Understanding the freight operations described in any of my books is contingent on having a grasp of the interchange with U.S. railroads at the Niagara gateways as presented in Steam to the Niagara Frontier. Not to mention the passenger operations, which tie into the Stratford, London, Hamilton and (future) Port Credit volumes.

I invite you to watch this short video trailer, which provides an overview for this fifth book in the original Steam series:
